Zaria Gorvett is an award-winning Senior Journalist at BBC Future. From lost fabrics to missing planets and vanishing viruses, she specialises in seeking out extraordinary stories across psychology, medicine, physics, history and beyond.

After working on environmental conservation projects Zaria studied HIV genetics at Cambridge University and then began writing articles for science magazines.
